Here is some technical information for the speakers (called panelists in the Zoom webinar software). If any information is missing, please ask to add.
Communication
Before and during the conference hours the email address visionzero@rtu.lv would be monitored. Please use this at conference hours if you can’t join the conference.
Chat
When the webinar has started everyone can use chat. You can control who sees the chat message.

Actions
It is recommended to test speaker & microphone when joining the event.
Please turn off the microphone while not speaking.
Please turn off video when not speaking or not asked to turn on.
Do not hesitate to ask technical questions in the email or chat.
Presentation
You would be asked to start the presentation. The speaker shares his or her screen with presentation.
The expected presentation time can be calculated as the time between the speakers minus 5 min (the pdf program does not show breaks – use the online program). One minute before the end the moderator will turn his video on. You can still speak 5 minutes but then there would be no time for questions which you will be able to answer in written. One minute before interrupting a small bell may be rung (this can be done also if answers to the questions are coming to an end). We intend to follow the timeline precisely.

Questions and answers
Every panelist can read and answer the questions. Please answer orally if there is still time remaining until the next presentation. Please answer in written afterwards. The moderator will be ready to select and read the questions for you. If you select the question by yourself, please read the question before starting to answer. Please do not answer orally to other presenter’s question unless asked by the presenter.

The panelist link is for one person only – please do not forward. The first one who will use the link will enter as a panelist.
The link to Session 1 on December 3 is ID: 864 2401 6287 Passcode 310353. The session will run on Zoom Meetings, not Zoom webinar. The same link on both days will lead to online technical support.

The conference program is planned to be available in three formats.
The first two are optimized for usage on phone, the pdf program is for bigger screens or printable.
